General information for tender participants:

1. Evaluation criteria for tender offers in decreasing significance order: price, quality, terms of payment, partner’s business capacity, delivery terms.

2. Tender time - 14.00 local time.

3. Tender place – room 326 of the Belneftekhim Concern building at 73 Dzerzhinskiy Ave., Minsk.

4. Tender offers are accepted in the secretariat, tel. 271-95-52

5. Tender offers may be sent by mail or courier in a sealed envelope with mark “to the tender for not to open before the tender commission session of” or by special delivery. The envelope must have a reference number. Envelope is to guarantee the privacy of information.

6. Term of application – on or prior to 14.00 of the tender holding day.

7. The envelopes with tender offers will be opened at 14.00 of the tender holding day.

8. The currency of tender offers – USD, EUR, RUR. The comparison of tender offers is carried out in USD at cross-rate of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (unless other currency is indicated).

9. The language of tender offers is Russian.

10. We ask you to inform us in advance if you wish your representative to take part in tender. In this case tender offer will be opened in his/her presence. The representative is to have a power of attorney executed in accordance with the established procedure.

11. By customer authority, bidder can make marginal changes in tender offers to adjust them to formal requirements indicated in the tender announcement.

12. Unitary Enterprise Belarusian Petroleum Trading House reserves the right to decline all tender offers.
