Unitary Enterprise Belarussian Petroleum Trading House carries out independent financial and economic activity as the affiliated company of Belarussian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry.

Today’s activity scales of Belarussian Petroleum Trading House and its business results in many respects define proper work load and stable operation as well as export sales of Belarussian petroleum and chemical products using modern methods and instruments. These functions have been granted to Belarussian Petroleum Trading House by Belarussian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry.

Our e-auction system «Unified trading platform» was set up in 2005 according to concept of petroleum products export sales worked out by Belneftekhim Concern in order to sell petroleum products, chemicals and petrochemicals on spot and long-term basis.

Belarussian Petroleum Trading House as the company-organizer of «Unified trading platform» began to act as specialized entity responsible for export sales of petroleum products. The system of e-auction «Unified trading platform» was set up to choose the most efficient customer on the basis of predefined terms providing equal competitive opportunities for all bidders and assuring transparency and openness of the auction itself and of the winner determination procedure. Commission consisting of Belarussian Petroleum Trading House and Belneftekhim Concern staff as well as of other participants’ representatives is responsible for the proper functioning of e-auction system and at the same time its members personally take part in the auction. Through the system of e-auction «Unified trading platform» export transactions of Belneftekhim Concern plants and other enterprises’ production are arranged.

Affiliated Republican Unitary Enterprise Mogilevhimtex was established by Belarussian Petroleum Trading House in May 2006 in Mogilev in order to increase its output and optimize shipment and export procedures as well as to improve export indicates of Mogilev region.
